Rambam lesson

pls adv ASAP if a woman can study this daily lesson at IDT (Israel) when it's actually eve/night time here? from what i've been told it's better not to study Torah after sunset, so is it permitted or not? also, if i've noticed correctly, this lesson is not available as mp3 download? thank you.

Rambam lesson There is no problem studying Rambam , Chumash or Tanya at night. The only problem would be reciting Tehilim from sunset to midnight. Thank you for studying with me.
