Gelt Fudge This recipe looks delicious and it seems like it would taste good dairy or parve! Reply

Fastest treat I've ever made! just 5 Minutes. From start to finish it took 5 minutes and that included the clean up of one bowl, a spoon and a measuring teaspoon. Very tasty and VERY rich. A great gift as well as a treat for all. I plan on keeping ingredients to make this on hand for emergency unexpected company. Two small pieces are plenty when offered, otherwise a sugar rush can be expected. Reply

pareve fudge Alison, canton, ma, I recently subsituted non-dairy creamer for a truffle recipe that called for heavy whipping cream, and it came out great. The fudge has the same consistency of the truffle, so I would think it would work. Good Luck Reply
