Negative Commandment 291 (Digest)
A Witness Acting as Judge

"But one witness shall not testify against a person causing him to die"Numbers 35:30.

In a capital case, a witness may not offer any opinion regarding the defendant's guilt or innocence. Rather, he must state the facts as he saw them and then remain silent, and allow the judges to reach their decision.

Daily Quote
The foundation of all foundations, and the pillar of all wisdom, is to know that there is a First Existence, who brings all existences into being; that all existences of heaven and earth and between them, derive existence only from the truth of His existence
