Disc 55, Program 217
Event Date: 10 Shevat 5746 - January 20, 1986
A person is allotted time on this planet appropriate to his life-mission. So when one learns of a great task awaiting him, he must not waste time first convening conferences, appointing committees, investigating all possible courses of action, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera… First and foremost there must be concrete action. Especially in the task to bring G-d’s teachings to mankind — with every passing day, people are faced with the challenge of choosing between right and wrong; therefore, you must ensure that today they are informed about Torah and Mitzvos — without delay! By starting with action, many concerns and doubts will be resolved on their own, and the proper direction to be taken will become illuminated. And if it later becomes apparent that a meeting is necessary, it will be clear exactly which concerns need to be addressed. |
