An Envoy On High: 15 Tammuz, 5746 · July 22, 1986

Although I cannot reply individually to each and every letter, let it be known that they are all brought to the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. Just as he served his flock before, the Rebbe continues to serve from On High. He arouses Divine mercy upon the Jewish People, ensuring that all requests brought to his resting place will be fulfilled through G-d’s “full, open, holy, generous hand.”

Event Date: 15 Tammuz 5746 - July 22, 1986

Although I cannot reply individually to each and every letter, let it be known that they are all brought to the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe. Just as he served his flock before, the Rebbe continues to serve from On High. He arouses Divine mercy upon the Jewish People, ensuring that all requests brought to his resting place will be fulfilled through G-d’s “full, open, holy, generous hand.”

One should create a vessel to receive the blessing. When a Jew transforms himself and his home into a miniature Sanctuary, he receives all G-d’s blessings and success.

To this I add my heartfelt request: that every Jew share in establishing a new institution dedicated to the Rebbe’s mission. In any location that does not yet have a Chabad House, establish one; and where one is already in place, it should be expanded.
