Torah Business Lessons

Maimonides rules that the single action of a single person has the power to redeem the entire world. It is analogous to a balance sheet in business. If the profit column has even a single unit more than the debt column, that outweighs everything on both sides of the balance.

A true businessman discovers ways to turn even negative developments into new sources of profit. This success then benefits the rest of his industry, the business-world as a whole, and even the entire world.

One must leverage success to promote and support the moral and spiritual education of all children, Jewish and non-Jewish. Jews have the unique mission to bring Torah’s message to every person in the world, so all will know G-d, their Creator, and the “pleasant ways and peaceful paths” of His Torah.
