What the Rebbe Was Thinking About

Rabbi Asher Zeilingold recalls spending 10 Shevat, the anniversary of the passing of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn, the sixth Lubavitcher Rebbe, in 770. After observing the Rebbe during evening services, he could not help but wonder how the Rebbe would spend the remainder of such an auspicious day. To his surprise, an answer was short to follow. wonderful and I am not surprised at all
that at the very moment you were thinking about The Rebbe,
and wondering exactly what he was doing right then,
The Rebbe was thinking about and acting on something connected to/identified with you.
That is so totally awesome when one considers all the many people about whom he could have been concerned in that instant.
