Old Traditions in a New Land

Rabbi Avraham Alashvili relates that when his father, Rabbi Rafael Alashvili, emigrated from his native Georgia to Israel, he travelled to New York to seek the Rebbe’s guidance on adjusting to his new life in the Holy Land, and returned to Israel a changed man. (1973)
