Looking Back, Moving Forward

During a rally for children, the Rebbe teaches a lesson from the Torah portion of Miketz, which is usually read during Chanukah, and contains the story of Joseph’s brothers going down to Egypt to buy grain during the famine.

When the viceroy of Egypt, whom they did not recognize as Joseph, decided to test them, they did what every Jew should do at a time of adversity, they looked into their past.
