Rabbi Simcha Elberg of Agudas HaRabbanim and Agudas Yisroel visits the Rebbe: For Shavuos, my father-in-law, the Rebbe would say, “May you receive the Torah joyfully and internally.” But with the name “Simcha” you have joy all year round! Is all well with your wife? Remember: at Sinai, the Torah was told first to the women and only afterwards to the men.
