A member of the Israeli Navy visits the Rebbe: The tribe of Zebulun were sailors, while Issachar’s occupation was Torah. But they looked after each other’s welfare. Since I’m also occupied with Torah, I’m interested in what occurs with “Zebulun.” Every naval vessel should have a charity box for protection.
