Pastoral Passover Messages

A Passover Message
Rosh Chodesh Nissan, 5744 [1984]
Rosh Chodesh Nissan, 5740 [1980]
One of the basic significances of the Pesach Festival is that it represents the birthday of our Jewish nation; hence it directly relates also to every Jew, as part of the nation.
11th of Nissan, 5721
One of the fundamental features of the Yetzias Mitzraim message is the unlimited Bitochon - the absolute reliance on Divine Providence - which found such poignant expression in the historic event of the Exodus from Egypt.
11th of Nissan, 5732
Even when it appears that everything is proceeding in the “natural course”, our Sages of blessed memory remind us that “a person is unaware of the miracles that happened to him.”
Our redemption from exile requires that every Jew should strive to reveal how we truly constitute one people, even while “scattered and dispersed among the nations.”
Out of Many, One
Every Jew is a complete world in himself. On the other hand, he is part of something greater.
Is there anything that can remind us of the miracles and exodus of Egypt more then the festival of Passover itself?
