Greetings and Blessings!

[A free translation from Russian:]

I hereby acknowledge having received your letter - albeit with a long delay - in which you write about the difficulties that you have come across in your new situation.

You probably know that many people find themselves on such paths and they eventually settle down, and even if at first it doesn't give them full satisfaction, in due course the situation improves.

I hope that you are in contact with the new immigrants, for they also went through the same difficulties, and they can advise you based on personal experience.

May G‑d grant you that in the near future there will be the fulfilment of your requests for good in all areas, including what you write at the end of your letter, that you are jealous of Jews who are believers - that this jealousy should achieve its purpose, and you should reveal within yourself and your families the truth that is in the teaching of the Torah: "All Israel are believers, the sons of believers."

With wishes for good health, settling down well, and good tidings in all the above mentioned.
