May it be G‑d’s will that everything be arranged at the appropriate time. May G‑d bring you to your true destination, which is [the fulfillment of] His own will, in a good and auspicious hour.

You have certainly seen the sichos of Shabbos Mevarchim Kislev, 5711, in which the great responsibility students from Eretz Yisrael take upon themselves when they go to the Diaspora to study Torah was addressed.1
