Greetings and blessings,

With satisfaction, I read your note saying that you reached the age of 57. May G‑d bless you with long and good years together with your wife with peace of mind and peace of body. May you derive much satisfaction from your descendants amidst prosperity.

The merit of your involvement in those matters over which my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, appointed you is certainly sufficient to draw down [blessings] for you and for your wife, [including] proper health and increased strength to generate positive results in your activities.

At this opportunity, I am also sending my blessing for the birthday of your son, the communal leader, R. Sholom Dovber. [Our Sages teach:]1 “At 30, one attains strength.” May he increase his strength and power in his holy work and may this draw down for him, for his entire household, and all your children [the fulfillment of] all your needs amidst prosperity.

With blessing for goodness in material and spiritual matters for you and your wife,
