Greetings and blessings,
Enclosed is a receipt for your participation in our educational work in North Africa as well as an earlier receipt for your contribution to maamad.1
You will certainly be happy to hear that our work in North Africa is expanding. Our institutions, our yeshivos, yeshivos katanos, primary schools for boys and primary schools for girls, evening classes for workers, and our seminary for teachers have established a reputation and the number of students grows daily. Other cities and countries all over North Africa are turning to us and [asking] that we spread our work to regions where it has not reached as of yet.
This work is truly life-saving in nature. Because of the great poverty from one side and the negative and undesirable influence from the other side, thousands upon thousands of children in these lands are in danger of being torn away from Judaism.
Therefore everyone must exert himself to participate in this work to the fullest extent and to influence his friends and acquaintances to participate as well. This opens up channels to receive Divine blessings in material and spiritual matters.
With blessings,
