This letter was addressed to R. David Bravman, a chassid who was charged with overseeing the publication of texts of Chassidus in Germany after WWII.

B”H, 5 Tishrei, 5708

Greetings and blessings,

In continuation of my letter of Chai Elul and those previous:1

a) We received via R. Benyamin Gorodetzky, one copy of each of Torah Or,2 Ateres Rosh, and the complete Siddur Tehillat Hashem. By mail, 25 Siddurim arrived. I showed them to my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe Shlita(needless to say, mentioning your name). He took satisfaction.

c)3 Please send 200 of these Siddurim to the committee [supervising] our branches in Paris. Send 1000 here. Their price should be established at between 60-75 cents. Send them also 50 copies of Torah Or and Ateres Rosh.

d) Enclosed are three maamarim of Chassidus. They [are intended]to be circulated among people at large. Please notify us of your receipt of them and of the greetings sent with R. Nissan Nemanov.4

With blessings for a chasimah and a gmar chasimah tovah for yourself, for the members of your household, and for all the members of our fellowship,

M. Schneerson
