Greetings and blessings,

Your letter was received. As per your request, when I was at the gravesite of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ, I remembered you for [a blessing] for sustenance wherever you will be located. G‑d can provide sustenance in Montreal as well.

Certainly, as a student of [Yeshivas] Tomchei Temimim, you have fixed times for the study of Nigleh and Chassidus and, at fixed times, you study the Chassidus of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ. It is also valuable that, at least until the coming Rosh HaShanah, without committing yourself to a vow, you recite the Rebbe’s kapitle, kapitle 71,1 which is a medium that enables the blessings with which the Rebbe blessed you to be fulfilled in a complete measure.

With blessing,

Rabbi Menachem Schneerson
