Greetings and blessings,

I received a letter from R. Michael Lipsker, stating that he is prepared to fulfill the desire of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ, and begin educational activities in [North] Africa.

Enclosed is a copy of my response to him. He will certainly now turn to you. Please discuss [the issues with him] in detail according to the general guidelines we spoke about here. Try [to see] that the actual work begins at the earliest opportunity.

With regard to the telegram concerning the door: It appears that there are large doorposts, but the person has not yet come.1

With wishes for all forms of everlasting good,

M. Schneerson
