Greetings and blessings,

Through our friend, R. Yehudah Tzvi Fogelman, I heard that you are not well and request a blessing.

Certainly you are working with a good doctor and are following his directives, for G‑d desires that there should always be a natural agent [involved]; i.e., that one’s recovery should come through natural means. It is, however, necessary to [also] have a [spiritual] medium through which the Sublime Will can be carried out. The medium for this is reciting several chapters of Tehillim every day, giving tzedakah according to your capacity, and taking part in a study session that is held in a shul.

I hope that you will do all the above things and that G‑d will send you a speedy recovery so that you can continue your work and earn your livelihood in an acceptable and tranquil manner.

With blessings for a material and spiritual recovery,

Menachem Schneerson
