Greetings and blessings,
In response to your informing me that you have begun the efforts [to receive] the necessary papers to journey to Morocco: 1 Certainly, you will act speedily in this. May it be [G‑d’s] will that everything be successful and that you serve as a fit medium to draw down and receive the blessings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ.
With regards to receiving letters from there: 2 After clarifying the matter with R. Benyamin Gorodetzky, 3 it appears that you do not require any. All that is necessary is that you provide [the authorities] withthe name of a person in the city to which you are going. You will receive a name and an address from R. Benyamin Gorodetzky in the coming days.
I repeat my blessings that your wedding be in a good and auspicious hour and that you and your fiancée serve as broad mediums to draw down and receive the blessings of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, הכ"מ.
With blessings for a kesivah vachasimah tovah,
M. Schneerson
