Greeting and Blessing:
I received your letter of the 9th of June.
Needless to say, it is a very good idea for you to learn in a Yeshivah. For, it is well to bear in mind that the learning of the Torah and the observance of the Mitzvoth, in addition to being a must for their own sake, in accordance with G‑d's will, are also channels and vessels to receive G‑d's blessings.
With regard to the difficulties about which you write, relating to your learning at a Yeshivah, in view of the fact that your parents do not at present agree to it, I trust you can find good friends who would talk to them and convince them how important it would be for your future to learn at a Yeshivah. Your parents will surely agree, especially if they will see how serious you are about it, and also that you are showing a living example of the daily conduct in accordance with the Torah and Mitzvoth, especially in the matter of honoring father and mother, which is expected of a Yeshivah boy.
Hoping to hear good news from you,
With blessing,
