Yechezkel (Chezzie) Denebeim was born and raised in Palm Springs and attended Yeshivah in Detroit, Israel and Australia. Chezzie is the son of Rabbi Yonason and Sussie Denebeim, directors of Chabad of Palm Springs Desert Communities.
One local Indian Jewish doctor ate with us. He was close with the Holtzbergs, and he told us that he felt orphaned since the attack. But to see Chabad continue like before, it gives him back his soul a little.
