• 1 ⅓ cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2-3 tbsp carob powder (start with 2, taste, add more if desired)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Pinch of salt


Blend all ingredients. Add ice if desired. Pour into a glass, sprinkle more carob powder over the top if you want to be fancy. Enjoy.
