Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp dark miso paste (you can use white miso for a milder flavor)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- Pinch salt
- Pinch red pepper flakes
Directions
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Wash and check for insects. Pat dry.
- Whisk the rest of the ingredients together in the bottom of a bowl that is large enough to fit the cauliflower. Add the cauliflower and toss well so it is relatively evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower across a baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, scallions, and thinly-sliced red chili peppers.
