Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1¼ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
Directions
- Pour all the ingredients into a container or glass jar. Mix. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, pour the oatmeal into two bowls.
- Garnish with the fruit and nuts of your choice. I’ve used banana, nectarine, almonds, and dark chocolate.
