Ingredients
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 to 6 red snapper fillets
- oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine paprika, Cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Mix well.
- Place fillets into the bowl and rub each piece with the spice mixture, covering completely.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry each piece on medium to high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
