This is one of those quick and easy dinners you can have in the oven within 15 minutes, leaving minimal cleanup. Who doesn't love that?

Cut up a leafy green salad while it's baking and you're good to go.


  • ½ lb. raw pasta (ziti or rigatoni)
  • 4 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded muenster cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Boil the pasta until cooked but still firm. Drain.
  2. Mix the pasta with the marinara sauce, ricotta, muenster and parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour pasta mixture into an 8" x 8" baking dish. Cover with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Uncover, raise the oven temperature to 400°F and bake another 15-20 minutes until crispy on top.
