Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lb. London broil
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • Skewers

Directions:

  1. Cut the meat into 1 x 1 inch cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, bourbon, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
  3. Marinate meat for 12 hours.
  4. Cut the peppers into medium size pieces.
  5. Stack the red pepper, orange pepper, and meat on each skewer, until full. Repeat until all ingredients are finished.
  6. Bake at 500°F for 10-15 minutes.

Yields: 6 - 8 skewers
