• 1 serving of raw salmon
  • 1 mushroom, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely diced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter


  1. Place the salmon on a piece of foil.
  2. Top with mushroom, garlic and a reasonable amount of olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a dab of butter.
  4. Fold over the foil so that it covers the fish. Place the foil-wrapped salmon on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
