Ingredients:
- 1 serving of raw salmon
- 1 mushroom, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely diced
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Directions:
- Place the salmon on a piece of foil.
- Top with mushroom, garlic and a reasonable amount of olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a dab of butter.
- Fold over the foil so that it covers the fish. Place the foil-wrapped salmon on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
