• Ripe peaches
  • 1 lemon
  • Water


  1. Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add peaches and cook for approximately five minutes, or until the skins begin to peel.
  2. Remove the peaches from the pot and allow them to cool.
  3. Peel the peaches and cut into quarters. Squeeze the lemon over the peaches. Enjoy!

Note: You can put them in zip top bags and freeze.
