Ingredients:
- Ripe peaches
- 1 lemon
- Water
Directions:
- Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add peaches and cook for approximately five minutes, or until the skins begin to peel.
- Remove the peaches from the pot and allow them to cool.
- Peel the peaches and cut into quarters. Squeeze the lemon over the peaches. Enjoy!
Note: You can put them in zip top bags and freeze.
Note: We enjoy them with ice cream and cake!
