Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup flour

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
    1. Whisk the eggs till smooth. Add the vanilla and baking powder and whisk again.
    2. Add the cocoa, salt, oil and sugar and whisk until smooth.
    3. Fold in the chocolate chips and the flour, until incorporated.
    4. Line a pan with parchment paper and smooth out the batter. Bake for 20 minutes.
    5. Cool on a wire rack and cut into squares.
