Ingredients:

  • ½-1 cup leftover charoset
  • ½ (4 tbsp.) stick melted butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ of your favorite Passover sponge cake recipe

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a 9” pan.
  2. Bake on 350°F until golden brown.
  3. Let cake cool slightly. Run a dairy knife around the edge of the pan. Unmold and serve.
