Ingredients:
- ½-1 cup leftover charoset
- ½ (4 tbsp.) stick melted butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ of your favorite Passover sponge cake recipe
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a 9” pan.
- Bake on 350°F until golden brown.
- Let cake cool slightly. Run a dairy knife around the edge of the pan. Unmold and serve.
