Low calorie and refreshing!

Yields: 1 serving


  • 1 green apple peeled
  • 1 salt-free, square, matzo cracker
  • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. caramel topping, warmed
  • 2 tbsp. water


  1. Peel apple and slice into bite-size pieces. Place apple pieces into a microwave safe dish and add water.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes or until soft. Do not overcook. Remove from microwave and set aside until cooled, approximately 20-30 minutes.
  3. While the apple is cooling, microwave cracker for 20 seconds. Leave in microwave until ready to use.
  4. When apple has cooled, break cracker into pieces in a serving bowl. Place the apple pieces on top of the cracker.
  5. Add cold plain yogurt and top with caramel sauce.
