Ingredients:
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 shallots, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Pour canned tomatoes into a pot.
- Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed.
