  • 2 cups of 3% ricotta
  • 1 cup 9% sour cream
  • 1 package vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Ttbsp. lemon zest


Mix all ingredients and pour into glasses to set. Garnish with fresh fruit, dark chocolate shavings or cookie crumbs.
