Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup potato starch
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2/3 cup ground almonds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Mix the eggs, sugar and oil.
- Add the vanilla extract, potato starch, baking powder and ground nuts.
- Pour this batter into a lined 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Push them down part way into the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes until it is done in the center.
- Cut into squares when cool.
Tip: You can also sprinkle it with powdered sugar before serving for a nice effect.
