• 3 very ripe bananas (brown spots are good anti-toxins)
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 tbsp. almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder


  1. Pour olive oil into a pot and warm over a low flame. Add peeled, sliced bananas and cook until soft. When the bananas are soft, remove the pot from the fire and set aside.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine cocoa, cinnamon, water, almond milk and honey. Stir well.
  3. Add the chocolate mixture to the bananas, return pot to the stove and heat until warm and bubbly.
  4. Serve immediately.
