• 2 lbs. frozen fruit (mango, strawberries, blueberries, or cherries)
  • 1 can frozen apple juice concentrate


Do not thaw either the fruit or the apple juice concentrate. Puree fruit and apple juice concentrate in a food processor using the S-blade. Freeze. Take out of the freezer about half hour before serving. Serve a small scoop of different flavors in the same bowl for a very colorful and elegant presentation.
