Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce
  • 1 can of olives, sliced
  • ½ red cabbage
  • 1 small can green chili chopped
  • 3 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 avocados – diced

  • 1 cup mayo
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup salsa

  • 1/2 bag barbeque tortilla chips crushed

Directions:

  1. Mix the salad ingredients together and coat with the dressing.
  2. Immediately before serving, top with half a bad of barbeque tortilla chips

Note: Kids love this recipe, but if you’re making it for kids you’re probably best leaving out the chillies.
