Ingredients:
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 1 can of olives, sliced
- ½ red cabbage
- 1 small can green chili chopped
- 3 tomatoes cut into cubes
- 2 avocados – diced
- 1 cup mayo
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/2 bag barbeque tortilla chips crushed
Directions:
- Mix the salad ingredients together and coat with the dressing.
- Immediately before serving, top with half a bad of barbeque tortilla chips
Note: Kids love this recipe, but if you’re making it for kids you’re probably best leaving out the chillies.
