Ingredients:

  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce, sliced
  • A handful of grape tomatoes, halved
  • Half a purple onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup croutons

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • a sprinkle of parsley flakes

Directions:

  1. Cut up the lettuce, grape tomatoes and purple onion.
  2. Mix the dressing together.
  3. Immediately before serving, mix in the dressing and sprinkle the croutons on top.
