Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and salt. Fold in chopped nuts and mix with spatula.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet or foil pan. Bake at 250 for 50-60 minutes.
