Yogurt is a super food that contains beneficial bacteria and calcium. It is so easy to flavor. Just layer fruits of your choice and sweetener to fat free plain yogurt. It is nice to sprinkle a half cup of Granola (pg. 18) on top.


  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced (or ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup raspberries, ½ cup cherries)
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons sweetener


Sweeten berries. Layer berries and fruit. Serve in a pretty glass such as a parfait glass. Good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or dessert.
