You can use any sauce for this recipe and it is so quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. short ribs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons tamari (soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon siracha
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.
2. Heat the oil in the pressure cooker until very hot, then add as many ribs as can fit and brown. Pour off all fat, then stir in the sauce.
3. Close the lid and bring to pressure. Cook for the suggested 15 minutes on high.
