Light returned to the city of Mumbai, India, on Thursday with a pair of public Chanukah menorah lightings organized by Chabad-Lubavitch at sites targeted in last month’s terror attacks that killed more than 170 people.
The evening events began with the lighting of a restored 25-foot steel menorah outside of the city’s Chabad House, where directors Rabbi Gavriel and Rivka Holtzberg and four other Jewish people were murdered. (Photos: Meir Alfasi)
