West Coast Shabbaton Inspires Hundreds of College Students

February 22, 2008
More than 600 students turned out for this month’s annual West Coast Intercollegiate Shabbaton at the University of California at S. Barbara. Hosted by the Chabad House there and sponsored by the Chabad on Campus International Foundation and Chabad-Lubavitch of the West Coast, the largest such gathering represented a chance for young adults from all over America’s West to join in celebration of their shared Jewish identities.
