Houston Children Make Their Own Shofars

September 16, 2012 5:30 PM
Reflecting the Talmudic teaching that the blowing of a ram’s horn is vitally important to arousing Divine favor during the holiday of Rosh Hashanah, Chabad-Lubavitch centers across the United States took a hands-on approach in allowing children to fashion their own in advance of the Jewish New Year.

Awesome Texas Jewish children Therse children are both blessed and Inspiritalistic. Glory to Hasheem for their wonderful school and leader!
Praises to His Holy Name.

Where did these children get the horns as I live very very remotely and would like to make my own. Then nearest synagogue is over 200 miles and to say I am very remote is the understatement of the decade for w fixed income disabled widow.

Thank you for the grand article!

Blessings,
