Massachusetts Campers Still Have an Exciting Week Left of Summer

The campers at Camp Gan Israel of Chestnut Hill, Mass., are having a blast, and they still have more than a week’s worth of fun left for this summer’s general session. From 30-month-old toddlers to 14-year-old teenagers learning to become counselors, the day camp has something exciting for everyone, say organizers.

Campers express their artistic sides. Thursday night, campers in third grade and up have the option to stay at cabins at Club Getaway in Kent, Conn. During the day, they’ll be trying out adventure activities on an aerial zip line and bungee trampoline, as well as water sports.
