A much-anticipated stop for many women who arrived Wednesday for the International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Women Emissaries was the office of the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of righteous memory, at Lubavitch World Headquarters in Brooklyn, N.Y.
