West Coast Rabbis Gather in Los Angeles for Annual Conference

Los Angeles’ Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon Chabad hosted 200 rabbis from across the western United States for the 39th annual West Coast Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries.
